To be eligible for a refund, you must be within the first 7 days of your hosting service activation

The 7-day refund policy applies only to shared hosting plans and excludes any additional services, such as SSL certificates, software licenses, or other add-ons.

The refund policy is not applicable to any accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, please submit a cancellation request through our customer support portal or contact our customer support team directly.

Your refund request must be submitted within the first 7 days of your hosting service activation.

Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review it and process the refund accordingly.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will refund the hosting fees paid by you at the time of purchase.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the initial purchase.

Please note that any fees related to SSL certificates, software licenses, or other add-ons purchased separately are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after approval and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider

Exclusions

The 7-day money-back guarantee does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or downgrades of existing hosting services.

We reserve the right to deny or reject refund requests if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our services.
